Why solicitors are joining the TA

Article Abstract:

Abe Wagner, who used to operate as a psychotherapist, has come from the US to Britain to train lawyers in the use of transactional analysis (TA). Two large London practices have decided to send their staff to his sessions, desiring their people to be able to liaise effectively both with their clients and their colleagues. Lawyers, as is the case with many professionals, train in their subjects but not in people management and TA is intended to overcome shortcomings in this area.
