Being an Absolute Skeptic

Article Abstract:

Empirical criticism rather than justification or truth is the most important factor in rationality. Scientific hypotheses do not need to be given a reliability or security they do not posses in order for science to be a rational activity. Scientists should be more ready to admit ignorance and should be less harsh in judging false but interesting hypotheses.

Scientists and religion in America

Article Abstract:

Proponents of science and religion are seeking ways to reconcile the differences of both as the 20th century draws to a close. However, findings of a survey indicate that the beliefs of scientists have changed very little since the 1930s and more scientists are atheists than ever before.
