Explaining everything

Article Abstract:

Physicists believe they are close to determining a Theory for Everything that is based on dual symmetry, not the string theory of 1985. Strings are more complex than originally believed. A Theory for Everything could simplify understanding and calculation of physics ideas.

Quantum black holes

Article Abstract:

Black holes, known as mysterious objects in the universe, come in huge variety of sizes, some even smaller than subatomic particles. Physicists will be using accelerators to make short-lived black holes in the laboratory.
