Castrol Industrial Inc has developed innovative specialist products such as the Castrol's Hysol X and XH. These products are milky-type EP soluble oils which contain a unique fatty lubricity agent. They also contain chlorine-free EP additives and special additives to avoid corrosion. These lubricants are applicable in various machining applications. Furthermore, Castrol also offers services such as Castrol+Plus where it ensures total responsibility for the supply, storage, performance and disposal of all its products in service and comprehensive lubricant monitoring services.

Castrol also produces new user- and environment-friendly lubricants designed to meet immediate customer needs as well as to enhance quality and performance.

Lubricants manufacturer Castrol Industrial Inc.'s computer software system entitled Computerised Lubrication and Scheduling System (CLASS) is designed to manage lubrication maintenance systems. It uses computer software manufacturer Microsoft Corp.'s operating system Windows and provides a flexible, cost effective scheduling system. CLASS determines when machine oil needs to be replaced.
