CDSL strongly urges the government to adopt federal standards for marketing and manufacturing herbal products in order to evaluate their safety and efficacy. One of the approaches health officials are seeking to implement is the use of monographs where drug usage and other vital information are contained.

High technology: will a new venture finally launch industry into space?

Article Abstract:

Westinghouse is working with two partners on a space research project by launching COMET, which NASA is helping to fund. The mission will take 11 experiments into low-earth orbit for 30 days to over two years. The launch program WESTAR offers launch services for $35 million.
