Productivity and strategic management accounting

Article Abstract:

Productivity, which is directly linked to management accounting and financial matters, can help companies achieve long-term viability. Strategic management accounting, which must involve a great deal of precision, is highlighted to emphasize the subject of price recovery and the generation of good profits via the employment of alternative ways. Senior management, however, is not to be compelled to put much focus on strategic management by evaluating finances. Productivity needs to be measured and assessed on a regular basis.
