Tea, anyone?

Article Abstract:

The earliest records of tea-drinking may be traced from Netherlands, where the first supply of Chinese tea, called chai, was delivered on 1610. Tea proved to be a favorite beverage among the Dutch that a notable physician during those times recommended its use for health purposes.
