ISO 9000 documentation: a TQM journey in the making

Article Abstract:

Companies can obtain many business benefits from pursuing the ISO 9000 standard. The process of getting accredited as an ISO 9000-certified organization may even form the foundation of a total quality management program. However, many companies are hindered by perceived difficulties in producing the documentation needed for ISO 9000 certification. To help such companies, a structured and simple approach to documentation for ISO 9000 registration is presented.
