What makes a successful outreach program? An outline of the Shell Questacon Science Circus

Article Abstract:

In the rural population of Australia which have little access to science centers and the science teachers who are in the remote region who lack opportunities for professional development, and the out reach program of Questacon-Australia's National Science and Technology Center are discussed. The measures that evaluate the program as successful and uniqueness because it combines outreach with an academic program at the Australian National Universities are also discussed.

Science and technology centers as agents for promoting science culture in developing nations

Article Abstract:

The framework for setting up of science and technology center in the scientific and educational infrastructure of developing nations is suggested. To be an effective way to promote a popular science culture among people, thus helping a culture supportive of science and technology-driven socio-economic development are presented in context of national initiatives.

Outdoor science centers

Article Abstract:

The outdoors science center's work is to include hands-on interactive exhibits, which are recently grown, and more science centers throughout the world are implementing them to boost science and literacy among people. The motivation for developing outdoors, the significance of being outdoors is discussed.
