Learn to balance family ties with outside interests

Article Abstract:

Retirees should have other interests that are separate from their children's families. Without the distraction of work, they can pursue such interests as volunteer work, gardening, household repairs, and even some grandparent activities. There is no need to wait to be entertained by adult children.
