Article Abstract:

The federalwide based care (FWA) process was designed to streamline the regulatory processes for academic institutions whose employees engage in research. The motive of the regulations is to protect human subjects but it is difficult to see where the concept fits into the current TWA process.

Validation of the five-item geriatric depression scale in elderly subjects in three different settings

Article Abstract:

The Five-Item Geriatric Depression scale was tested for effectiveness on elderly in nursing homes, hospital wards and in outpatient clinics. The test proved effective as the longer 15 item test for geriatric depression.
