The process that is to be followed for the successful implementation of policies according to technological developments, with reference to the 1970 Clean Air Act amendments of United sates. The steps that are to be followed in the implementation are also discussed.

Obstacles to emergence high/new technology parks, ventures and clusters in Japan

The hurdles faced by the government in promoting high/new technology parks and adminstrative/business ventures in Japan are discussed. The reversing of science and technology policy in Japan and renovations of other techniques are suggested.
