Innovation and export behaviour at the firm level

Article Abstract:

Differences were observed with regards to the export behavior of innovating and non-innovating companies. A sample of business organizations in the United Kingdom revealed that the possibility of engaging in export trade is greater among non-innovative companies than their innovative counterparts. On the other hand, the likelihood of exporting among innovative companies is positively enhanced by the frequency of past innovations.
