Networking by professionals to manage change: dentists' cooperation and competition to develop their business

Article Abstract:

The concept of cooperation enables professionals to perform their networking functions efficiently and accurately, as revealed by an analysis conducted on 52 employed dentists in Vancouver and British Colombia. Results suggest that cooperative interaction does not only enhance productivity and morale but help employees and managers achieve their goals as well. Cooperation further induces professionals to make optimal decisions. It was also shown that discussing issues open-mindedly tends to boost the confidence of network members and at the same time, encourage them to improve their organization.

Social face for innovation in strategic alliances in China: the mediating roles of resource exchange and reflexivity

Article Abstract:

It is proposed that partners in a strategic alliance that convey mutual respect to each other builds integrative interaction which leads to innovation. Developing interaction between supplier and customer organizations aid in resource exchange between partners which lead to innovations in supply chain partnerships.

Conflict values and team relationships: conflict's contribution to team effectiveness and citizenship in China

Article Abstract:

Valuing and approaching conflict can contribute to effective teamwork. Positive conflict attitudes and approaching conflict that contributes to strong relationships, which in turn strengthen team effectiveness and employee citizenship, is indicated.
