Organizational behavior unchained: commentary on giving peace a chance

Article Abstract:

Gretchen Speitzer's "giving peace a chance" essay raises questions about assumptions on causality in organizational behavior and choices of problems to study. Professor Speitzer believes that an individual action such as that of a corporate executive consulting his employees can lead to a nation's avoidance of war. A critical look into her work is presented.
