A plea for methodological diversity

Article Abstract:

Research methods are limited in what they do so organizational behavior researchers have to use multiple methods for their work. Organizational behavior research needs to be strengthened by using a variety of research methods in the creation of scholarly articles.

Truth's consequences

Article Abstract:

Telling hard facts makes people avoid telling the truth by distorting negative information to reduce its negative tone. This behavior should be avoided in academia and research literature because the search for truth is its absolute goal.
