A literature review comparing the outcomes of residential group care and therapeutic foster care

Article Abstract:

This article examines the effectiveness of residential group care and therapeutic foster care of highly troubled children and teenagers. The authors, analyzing a large body of literature on the subject, argue that studies are inconclusive and much more research needs to be conducted.
