Stress-coping and temptation-coping as predictors of adolescent substance use
Article Abstract:
Research has examined the assumption that stress-coping and temptation-coping contribute to the prediction of substance use independently. It is hypothesized that substance-abusing adolescents will show more emotion-focused stress-coping, less temptation-coping and less problem-focused stress-coping than adolescents without problems of substance use.
