Article Abstract:
NAHRO's 2002 conference was a good opportunity for local housing agencies to share ideas and explore new opportunities. The winning LHA projects are detailed and the innovative community development programs adopted by these LHAs are highlighted.

Small cities initiative address needs
Article Abstract:
Small communities need to join together to have their needs addressed, and find solutions to their problems. NAHRO has the potential to work at national and local levels and bring people together.
