Childhood and adulthood temperament and problem behaviors and adulthood substance use

Article Abstract:

A study of the correlations between childhood and adulthood emotional balance and problem behaviors of 229 adults of both sexes revealed bad conduct at young age and radical behavior during adulthood as accurate indicators of substance abuse. Results revealed that increase in substance abuse had negative impacts on social behavior and that depressed, more heedful people were prone to alcohol and drug related problems.
