Ending hunger in developing countries

Article Abstract:

Between 1990-92 and 1994-96 the percentage of people in developing countries suffering from undernutrition dropped slightly to 19%, from 20%, however, the actual number of people has grown to 828 million, from 822 million. It is argued that access to food should be a universal human right, and that while there is enough food to feed everyone in the world, distribution is the key problem.
