Supplementary rules on birth planning (provisional, Tibet Government Document No. 55/1987)

This article offers improvements to the birth-planning policies established for Tibet since the late 1980s. Included are punishments for above-quota births, birth rates for intermarriages and remarriages, birth intervals, and how to obtain birth permits.
