Article Abstract:

Democracy in Ukraine is facing many problems and the people are not happy with the way democracy is functioning, as there is great imbalance in the social and economic development of the regions. The Ukrainians are hoping that their non-violent stance against such non-functioning democracy will help in restoring right values of democracy.

Article Abstract:

The study focuses on the ethnic aspects of women's real economic and political inequality, and its consequences on their sense of ethnic well being. Analysis shows that regional rather than ethnic differences have a greater influence on gender discrimination.
