Would you like Wi-Fi with that? The way to cash in on wireless: give it away

Article Abstract:

Starbucks, which charges up to $6 an hour for in-store T-Mobile access, is not doing well with Wi-Fi, averaging fewer than two customers per day per store. Meanwhile, Schlotzsky's Deli, the Austin, Texas-based sandwich chain, is giving Wi-Fi away, which is cost-effective and seems to work.
