Burn fat ... with this quick and healthy shape-up plan

Article Abstract:

Bursts of high speed exercise such as fast stationary bike pedaling, causes the body to burn fat to replace the carbohydrates used up in the intensive exercise. In between the aerobics bouts, resistance training with weights is suggested. A novice to high intensity exercise should be ok'd by a doctor.
