Century training ride

Article Abstract:

Cyclists who want to complete a Century ride need to train before attempting the event. Two 10-week training programs are included. Schedule one is for cyclists who have never completed a Century. Schedule two is for experienced racers. Tips on nutrition and riding strategies are also given.

Some of the top cyclists prefer to eat a breakfast that is high in protein rather than carbohydrates. Protein can help prevent fatigue, but food scientists believe that protein does not provide long-term energy.

Mississippi dream

Article Abstract:

One of the most scenic cycling areas in the US is Natchez Trace Parkway, which runs from Mississippi to Tennessee. Cyclists who use the highway can see restored mansions, Civil War sites and historic homes.
