Century training ride
Article Abstract:
Cyclists who want to complete a Century ride need to train before attempting the event. Two 10-week training programs are included. Schedule one is for cyclists who have never completed a Century. Schedule two is for experienced racers. Tips on nutrition and riding strategies are also given.
