Comparison of four habitual physical activity questionnaires in girls aged 7-15 yr

Article Abstract:

It appears that the Specific Activity Score, the Godin Shephard Score, and the Perspiration Score may serve as practical, simple measures of habitual physical activity for children and adolescents, especially for large-scale epidemiological studies. Four habitual physical activity questionnaires have been compared, and their long-term reliabilities assessed through use with a group of 100 girls aged 7-15.
