Exercise and postprandial plasma triacylglycerol concentrations in healthy adolescent boys

Article Abstract:

A study was conducted to determine whether continuous exercise and intermittent games activity would reduce postprandial elevated concentration of triglycerol [TAG] in adolescent boys. It was found that both continuous-exercise and intermittent-games activity can reduce postprandial plasma in healthy adolescent boys and similarly might also be useful in helping to slow atherogenic in adolescents.
