Hooked on spandex; do missed workouts spell bad moods?

Article Abstract:

Research indicates that people who usually work out at least 6 days a week experience a change a mood after missing their workout for more than two days in a row. They tend to experience symptoms of depression, confusion or anxiety, which disappear when exercise is resumed.
