"My favorite workout."

Marathon runner Diane Bussa has a 'threshold workout' designed by Jack Daniels, her coach, which enables her to break up the distance into specific intervals by running hard for two miles followed by a 60-second rest. Her 19-mile workout helps her focus on each mile individually.
