One week to luminous skin

Article Abstract:

Cleaning and exfoliating the skin will rejuvenate it. Three main steps are cleansing, exfoliating, and protecting. Mild soaps, such as glycerine soaps, should be used to avoid stripping the skin of its natural protection. Tips are given on exfoliates and protective cosmetics.
