Turn style: today's game is too fast-paced for you to always swing from a sideways position

Article Abstract:

Tennis players instinctively develop the ability to turn sideways before an oncoming shot, in order to generate more power on their return shot. At the pace at which the game is played today, though, players will frequently face shots coming so fast that they won't be able to position themselves optimally. Techniques for making shots without turning sideways are detailed.
