Up, not out: flexing checks dizziness and fainting

Article Abstract:

Research with 9 people indicates that exercises involving thigh and buttock muscles are effective in compensating for orthostatic hypertension, which is marked by dizziness and fainting upon standing. Practicing such exercises improved blood pressure upon rising by 30%.
