Waiting for the inevitable

Article Abstract:

Daniel Paro, Senior Vice-President of Wartsila, explains how, in case of increase in energy prices, the company is prepared to adopt STID (Steam Injected Diesel engine), a technology that incorporates both steam and diesel. He states that though the installation would be 35-50% more costly, it would be compensated by a shorter payback period.
