Agents are missing out on youth opportunities

Article Abstract:

European youth travel is increasing but many travel agents and tour operators continue to neglect the market, according to John Seekings, senior partner at Aviation and Tourism International. A report commissioned by the Federation of International Youth Travel Organisations (FIYTO) will demonstrate the increasing economic and social importance of youth travel. Airlines and hotels should enhance travel opportunities for young people by offering youth discounts and loyalty programmes.
