Chewton Glen hotel unveils new-look spa: hotel and spa completes pounds sterling 3.5m refurbishment and expansion project

Article Abstract:

Chewton Glen, the Hampshire-based hotel and spa completed the extensive refurbishments to its bar, restaurant and conservatory areas costing pounds sterling 1.5 m. The first stage involved the 50 percent enlargement of the existing spa and the second stage involved the construction of a house in a separate building connected to the inner pool area by a short corridor called hydro spa.

Assuring hospitality standards

The repositioned Hospitality Assured standard by the British Quality Foundation (BQF) reveals that the requirements in the Hospitality Assured Standard met the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) business Excellence Model. This repositioning has led to the introduction of a revised version of the exiting Hospitality Assured standard.
