Retail and leisure projects developer Concept i, which was started in 1996, has offices in London, Bangkok and Shanghai, with projects across the Far East, the Middle East and Europe. Associate Director Richard Wood discusses the unique Palm Jebil Ali project that is underway in Dubai, the need to integrate both functional and aesthetic aspects while designing a leisure building, the building he wishes he had personally designed and built, and the future for leisure architecture.
