Eating themes

Article Abstract:

The themed restaurant sector has seen very strong growth recently, and there are now clear indications of a cross-over between eating and entertainment. Themed restaurant developments are now being considered by many mainstream restaurant and leisure operators in the UK. Themed restaurants offer the opportunity to build a portfolio of brands and to manage high-profit sites. The themed restaurant sector will continue to be successful if the underlying food and beverage offer remains strong.

Leisure providers are now giving considerable attention to funding appropriate partners and suppliers, and are becoming increasingly innovative.
