Article Abstract:

The new Action Stations indoor adventure play facility at the Lakeside Shopping Center in Thurrock, England, is one of many visitor attractions across the world now using interactive multi-media technology. The centre is using six DX2/66 PCs from Olivetti, and parents are encouraged to explore new technology too. Other attractions using interactive multi-media technology include Hong Kong Telecom World, Louth County Museum and Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park.

The UK laser games industry is maturing and companies are increasingly looking to international markets for business, and overseas business is expected to continue growing. Companies now use demographics to determine whether an area can sustain a new laser game development and they concentrate on providing high quality facilities and operations. However some believe that the market is saturated.
