Move to pre-paid car rental avoids final shock

Article Abstract:

Visitors to Florida are increasingly opting for pre-paid car rental to avoid being surprised by the unexpected hidden extra costs. Although many packages include free car hire, visitors are required to pay for taxes, insurance and LDW at the end of the rental period. Forecasts for 1996 are good, despite higher rental charges as a result of rising costs by car manufacturers. According to Angela Riley, international marketing director for Avis, Florida rates are better than those in Europe.

On the move

Choice of appropriate leisure site transport can enhance the enjoyment of a facility. Planners should consider the numbers to be transported, site limitations, costs, safety and public appeal. Historic vehicles are popular on heritage sites but authenticity is not essential. Varied forms of transport can reflect different themes on one site.
