Eileen Yin-Fei Lo boasts of having written five cookbooks on Chinese dishes. She also offers cooking courses at the China Institute in Manhattan, NY. Lo credits her success in the US to her down-to-earth recipes which blend traditional Chinese dishes with modern Amrican tastes and ingredients.
