The KPMG's survey 2004 has monitored the development of online bookings and pricing where the findings contradict the best web price guarantees by hoteliers. Approximately, 30 percent of hotel groups surveyed advertised best rate guarantees on their websites, but only 28 percent delivered on their promise.
