China takes centre stage for liver proteome

Article Abstract:

China is set to lead a massive research project led by the Human Proteome Organization (HUPO), to describe all the proteins in the human liver namely the human proteome. China has drawn to the project because liver diseases such as hepatitis and hepatoma have taken over the population.
