Five parametric resonances in a microelectromechanial system
Article Abstract:
The micromachining field, referred to a microelectromechanical systems, is broad, included integrated microsensors, micro-optics and microfluidics. Microelectromechanical probes for scanned-probe microscopy are considered, fabricated from single-crystal silicon. A three-dimensional electrostatic simulation using COULOMB was performed to estimate out of plane forces and torques. Five Mathieu instabilities were predicted and experimentally observed.

Linoleum does not shrink at the seams and most stains can be successfully removed except alkaline ones. It is anti-static, bactericidal and non-allergenic. It can be marked by heavy loads and broken by heels.
