Pitch discrimination in the early blind

Article Abstract:

Blind people are better than the sighted people at judging the direction of pitch change between sounds even when the speed changes slightly. A performance of group of people who are early blind, onset of blindness and late-blindness is compared and is finally concluded that the early-blind people are better at determining the direction of pitch change.
