Article Abstract:

ProtoArray Protein Microarray Technology from Invitrogen that assesses antibody specificity has many advantages over the other methods used and is the world's first commercially available high-content microarrays comprised primarily of full-length functional proteins. ProtoArray Antibody Profiling can be customized to meet ones needs and small or large numbers of arrays can be processed at the same time giving results within two to four weeks.

KnockOut Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (D-MEM) is the classical D-MEM in which the osmolality is changed for significantly better growth of undifferentiated embryonic stem cells. KnockOut Serum Replacement is a serum that is substitute formulated to help the growth of embryonic stem cells and to significantly reduce spontaneous differentiation.
