Mitochondrial COI-NC-COII sequences in talitrid amphipods (Crustacea)
Article Abstract:
Mitochondrial (mt) sequences from cytochrome oxidase subunit I to the subunit II gene (COI, COII) in crustacean talitrid amphipods were analyzed. The COI-NC-COII organizations and preliminary results, based on both COI-COII nucleotide and amino-acid sequence indicated monopoly of these talitrid taxa.
