Barnes Foundation that was headed by president Richard H. Glanton in 1990s who ran up legal and other expenses and excluded other board members from management and policy decisions finds faults in the newly released audit to get away from the claim against him. The audit described budget deficits in each of the years 1993 through 1998, despite more than $16 million, plus $3.2 million in merchandising and other revenue rose by a world tour of the foundation's French impressionist paintings.

Adding up a move for Barnes
Article Abstract:
The Barnes Foundation has moved the courts asking for permission to move its huge art collection to a bigger gallery on Benjamin Franklin Parkway so that the collection can be viewed by many more people. Analysts who are not convinced about this move stated that the foundation should take other steps to ensure profitability.
