EEOC says health benefits can be cut
Article Abstract:
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has discovered that cutting or dropping the benefits of seniors who are 65-years or more and are covered by employer sponsored health coverage would not violate federal age discrimination. This discovery would affect more than 12 million retirees and to preserve their benefits, the officials at the AARP, which is United States largest senior group, plan to work with government agencies, private employers or go to court if necessary.

More doubts about Keystone Opportunity Zones
Article Abstract:
The tax breaks in PennsylvaniaEs Keystone Opportunity Zone is continually resisted in Philadelphia's suburbs and there is no incentive to develop the land under the Keystone Opportunity program as it gives the owner a tax break. The officials in the Montgomery County Township feared that Keystone Opportunity Zones status would reward the current landowners by eliminating property taxes but would not spur development.
