University of Pennsylvania Health System, which recently fired the Hunter Group, has announced that its former chief operating officer, Robert Martin, will return to the financially troubled company. The company, which also appointed Peter G. Traber as its new chief executive, lost $198 million and was forced to lay off 20% of its workforce last year.
